Hi there! I'm trying to install this chinese music downloader (http://down.kuwo.cn/mbox/kwmusic_woo.exe). I encounter two problems. First one, the characters are all in boxes and questionmarks. Next problem is even after i install everything, it closes itself whenever i try to open it. I really need your expertise here. I've been downloading songs from this software for the past two years and I like it a lot. Can you guys help me out here? Thanks.
The boxes and question marks are probably due to missing or incomplete fonts. I recommend that you install the Core Fonts package into the bottle. You can see the Core Fonts package in the list in the installer wizard if you:
For Linux: check "Show service packs and dependencies"
For Mac: CrossOver > Preferences > Install Assistant tab > uncheck "Hide service packs and dependencies"
As for the crashing, it's hard to know why that's happening without an intensive debugging effort. You may find some of the suggestions on this page of our support library helpful: http://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/CXOffice_UnsupportedTips
