Installed trial version of CrossOver for Mac. Only using for QuickenW 2007. Quicken installed as instructed. However, unable to access files stored in Quicken online backup. Get message "feature requires ActiveX capable browser such as IE". However, I installed IE7in Quicken bottle using CrossOver. Anybody else having this problem?
ActiveX components tend to 'just work' or not work at all in IE with Crossover. ActiveX can use some pretty low-level APIs of Windows that Crossover doesn't/can't replicate. I'd try loading IE6 into the bottle with Quicken instead of IE7 since IE6 is more stable, and see if that does anything.
