I was running the trail version of crossover but when i went and bought and downloaded the full version, the games i had downloaded onto the trail version are now gone and with the key already used i would prefer not to have to purchase new copies of my games, any suggestions appreciated.
Mitchell, it appears that you purchased CrossOver Standard rather than CrossOver Games. CrossOver Standard (and Pro) keeps its bottles separate from CrossOver Games. So, all of your existing game bottles should still be on your system with your games intact, but they aren't "visible" to CrossOver Standard. That's just as well, since they probably wouldn't work as well with CrossOver Standard as they do with CrossOver Games.
So, the solution is to open a support ticket asking to have your order switched from Standard to Games. Then, you'll be able to register your trial copy of CrossOver Games and everything should work fine.
