I have tried to modify international settings in registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International), but every time after "reboot" keys reverting to "US English" values. Is any way to modify local settings? Thanks.

Are you using Linux or Mac OS X? The registry should be picking up the locale from your system settings (LANG or LC_ALL on Linux, the settings in System Preferences on Mac OS X). Are those system settings configured how you want them?
I'm using Mac OS X 10.6
I've done all exactly as it said at http://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/CXOfficeMacNonEnglish But it didn't help.
I was able to figure out what have caused the problem. In the system preferences pane you have to set russian (in my case) as a default language. In FAQ article only Formats tab modifications is mentioned. As for me, I don't like a translation of Mac OS interface, so I used English language as default.
Is this possible to set in CrossOver locale other than system settings?
There are known weaknesses in CrossOver's handling of the locale and language environment variables. This will be improved in CrossOver 9.0.
You can try setting the LC_ALL or LC_MESSAGES environment variables instead of LANG. LC_ALL will control all aspects of locale: language and formats. LC_MESSAGES should only affect the language chosen, but leave most formats to follow the settings in System Preferences.
