problem with bottles

hi all please i am new to mac and download the trial version 9 and crossover to create a bottle that gets loaded into a single point and there is nothing more do not know how long to wait or that I have for error Please help I have petium D processor 3.2 Ghz intel

If you're just creating a bottle with nothing in it should be very quick. ie, Are you just adding a bottle and it never adds or something else?
