Installed BSPlayer in Crossover and ran successfully with the exception that it can't be used because of all pref and file windows rendering garbled with nothing being functional.
Navigated this rather confusing site and finally figured out I had to sign up to comment in the application forum. Did so, only to discover it's locked. Some reason nobody's allowed to comment on the app?
You should be able to go to the app's forum and make any
comments you wish there without problem -- if you can't, let me
know and I'll ping the Ninjas about it...
If, on the other hand, you want to post in that app's 'tips&tricks'
area, you would first need to become an advocate for the title itself,
and -then- you are granted access to the tips&tricks area...
That said, it is preferred that 'tips&tricks' postings contain information
about how to fix/use/configure an application -- if you just want to post
about some problem(s) the app itself has with crossover, use the forum instead...
Ah. I tried the BSPlayer forum again and it seems I made a slight boo-boo. It was the thread that was locked, not the entire forum.
With the zillions of great reviews of the software I'm surprised there isn't more action on the app. Must be enough other media players for OS X and Linux. 😥
hi!! try to use xbmc, he was my salvation ^^ http://xbmc.org
