I used Crossover to succesfully install Internet Explorer. Fine. I then used it to install Line 6 Guitar Port from the disc, and after the install was "complete", the program vanishes. I can not find it anywhere and it's as if it never installed at all.
Im running OSX Leopard 10.5.8 on a MacBook Pro
Which version of CrossOver?
It may very well be that Line 6 Guitar Port didn't install correctly. CrossOver doesn't have 100% compatibility.
It's also possible that it mostly installed, but just failed to create a Start Menu shortcut, which would have been translated into an item in CrossOver's Programs menu and folder. In that case, you might be able to find and run the .exe file using Programs > Run Command.
