The only time I have trouble importing bottles is when I don't have enough disk space. I get error messages on bottle creation.

It looks to be like something is messed up with the perl install on your system. CrossOver relies on the stock Perl install on OSX, so if you have installed a different version and/or installed an app that monkeyed with the perl configuration then things may be scrambled.
I can't be much more specific in my diagnosis without knowing more about the history of your system. If you need further assistance you should open a support ticket and ask that if be assigned to me or Ken.
