HELP!

Hi,

I am a real n00b at Crossover Games. I am trying to install Rfactor on my mac. I run the setup file in a new bottle and it all installs properly. I get the game setup screen to set the resolution etc. But then when I try to run the game, all that loads up is a text file with words, nothing else. Can anyone help?

Also in "manage bottles" it has "rfactor (remove only)"

can anyone please help?

simon

Hi,

Well, you could try posting your query to the following forum;

http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=5577;forum=1;msg=62899

I remember testing the 'Lite' version some time ago in CXG-8.x and
it was not very good, but I see on WineHQ this app is at Gold wrt
wine-1.1.42 (there's a link on the above page), so it may be working
better now in Crossover Games 9.x ...I'm not sure.

At any rate, if you need help, post to the appropriate forum as above.
Not everyone reads these forums, (they only monitor the apps they are
interested in), and "this forum is for non-application specific questions"
as noted at the bottom of this page 8) If the app exists in the C4
database, always post to that forum for help with that specific app.

Cheers!

Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
