Crossover keeps deleting apps saved in my bottle on startup. How do I stop this?

I'm using the latest version of Crossover (23) on my Mac, and I've noticed over the past month that Crossover deletes all of my saved apps within my bottle whenever it starts up.

My apps are being saved in the default User/Applications/Crossover folder, and if I view the contents of that folder within Time Machine from a week ago, I can see there are about 20 applications. If I restore those apps from Time Machine, they will immediately get deleted again when I open Crossover.

I've made sure to set that folder as an exception for any antivirus software (Bitdefender), so that's not the cause.

How do I stop Crossover from deleting the apps on startup?
