Did u try toggle vsync?
I have tried D3DMetal+ESync and DXVK+Msync.They’re all monitor flicker.
I fix this problem.use cxpatcher.then install overwatch bottle.it works fine now
May I know how you did it?Because I still failed after trying.😭
Of course.First use cxpatcher,then add a new bottle overwatch,don’t use the old bottle

Be aware that using cxpatcher is not supported by Codeweavers. There's nothing wrong with doing so, but you will not be able to get official support from Codeweavers for any issues you have with a patched version of Crossover.
