An interesting prospect... but no. The idea has been suggested many times... but it would mean starting over the Wine project (the open source project behind CrossOver) and reimplementing the Mac libraries to talk to Windows. Because the Windows libraries have taken more than twenty years to get to the point they are today... it seems no one has taken on the task for MacOS applications.
