Does anybody know how to get this game running? I've tried both Crossover Linux and Crossover Games without any success. I hate having to reboot into Windows just to run a game. :-/

Where do i find Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable?
It's in the list of software that CrossOver knows about, in its Software Installer window. It's under Runtime Support Components. There's a search field to help you find it.
