Are there tools to work directly with bottles?

I have a WinXP bottle with a few small apps on it like TinyCAD and VeeCAD. These worked fine until I upgraded to 20. Now nothing in that bottle will open or run. It seems to be just that single bottle. Another win7 bottle that I have running LTspice XVII in runs fine.

Are there tools for validating or recovering a bottle?
