Have tried installing Project 2007 into Crossover 10 and keep getting the "not installed for this user" error that was prevalent a couple of years ago. Tried installing manually, using the tie file, and using various instructions found around the sites, including manually adding in most of the dependancies, and regardless of what I do I am still hitting the issue.
Since Project is running in its own bottle, and it won't start, don't know a way to check permissions of the required files.
I don't wanna use wine because I don't have time to learn about it.
I would like to buy the crossover but I need to work with project
2007.
You could request a trial of CrossOver 9.2 instead... that's where this problem was not happening with Project 2007. Just send an email to info@codeweavers.com.
