I have an application that I want to run but it needs at least 1.3.20.

Hi,
The current version of Crossover is based on the wine-1.3.9 release
(with additional Codeweaver's patches, hence 'based on') -- there will
be not much of wine-1.3.20 in Crossover yet...(if anything)....
