The Windows .cmd script I want to open requires .NET 4.0.3, and would someone kindly tell me if they know of any other way of opening the script?

...well, if the cmd absolutely requires that .NET version,
you're probably faced with the current reality, which is that
.NET 4.x is not yet supported in wine (let alone crossover)...
...the only other alternative is to try 'Mono'...see;

...but I wouldn't be overly confident of it working....
