I have installed and registered Crossover on a Mac running Lion. The Icon is showing as open in the Dock but when I click on the same Icon nothing happens!!! How do I get the Software Installer to show on the screen - am I doing (or not doing) something obvious?

Inserting a disc with Windows software should be enough to open a custom install menu. If a custom install menu doesn't appear when you insert a disc, then something is wrong.
... In any case, Don is correct. You should read the documentation. Clicking the CrossOver icon isn't nearly enough to make a bottle.
