I am confused as to what to do after the process unzips to a location. I am trying to install Visio on Mac.

More detail is needed - which process are you referring to? And to which location is it unzipping? Is the Visio installer un-zipping itself during installation, and then returning to the "unzip" screen as if nothing has happened?
Lastly, which version of the Mac OS X?
