CrossOver Support - Community Forums

hello :) i purchased the basic cross over a year or so ago. i only now upgraded to recent software and now my astrology program is configured funny and the window that opens will not expand to show the entire page. how do i remedy this? i would appreciate help!

Hi,

It's not exactly clear -which- software you upgraded ; can you
elucidate on that?...ie; OS upgrade, program upgrade or crossover
upgrade?...

thank you don :) i have crossover and i kept getting a notice saying there is a download to get to update the files. i kept ignoring it but finally did it today and now i am having this issue. i bought the basic package of crossover (standard)- not pro. hope that helps :)

 ...well, that's a bit odd -- I'm ~reasonably~ sure the files that are  

being updated in that case, are only the builtin install targets ; the
process doesn't update crossover itself ... you might do better to email
info@codeweavers.com about this issue ; be sure to include your crossover
version, which OS version you have there. Afaik, updating those files should
not have affected any app you currently have installed, and if such did so,
the Ninjas will want to know about it =)
