Brining Window to front with cmd+TAB or clicking on Dock icon

This is certeinly a newbie question, yet I am a newbie and searched FAQs, the Forum and Google for a resolution - but did not find one. And I hope the issue is general enough to belong here and not to the ticket system.

I am running Outlook 2007 on Crossover. Its Window does not behave like a normal App Window, as I cannot access it neither thorugh cmd+TAB nor by clicking on the Dock item. Well, the latter works in one case out of ten.

The only solutions I found are minimizing all other Windows and finding Outlook in the very back. Or right-clickinig Crossover in the Dock and seclecting Outlook in the context menu.

Can I make the Crossover-Outlook-Window behave like any other window?

Thanky for help.
