I run inFlow Inventory on my PC. On Windows this app requires .NET Framework and SQL Server. I was wondering if CrossOver Mac can run apps which require those Windows components?
Thank you,
Aaron

Hi,
Crossover supports .NET 2.0 (not the service packs thereof) and .NET 3.0 ;
if that is all the app needs then you're in luck there. I've no idea about
the SQL stuff -- in any event, this is why you can download a trial/demo
version of crossover, to actually try your app and see if it works ; I've
never heard of inflow - I don't use Windows (never have =) - but going by
the winhq entries, me thinks the SQL server isn't going to work...see;
Cheers!
Don, thanks for the feedback. I'm a PC user and was inquiring for my son who uses an iMac. There doesn't seem to be very many decent inventory apps for the Mac and inFlow Inventory would definitely satisfy his business needs.
Based on your post, inFlow on CrossOver doesn't look likely, so I guess he would either use Boot Camp (to dual-boot) or a 'virtualizer' - to run Win7 and inFlow.
