Program list Loading

Hello,

I have a strange issue with my Crossover and Crossover games.
After opening it, when I right click on the dock icon, instead of being able to view the installed program list, it just says "Carregando..." (Loading in portuguese).

I also have the same issu in the top menu, I cannot see the menu of installed programs.

I'm not sure if this happened after the last update that I made or after I switched the language of my mac os x to pt_BR.

Any ideas of how to fix this?

Thank you

I see this kind of thing every once in a while - it usually just means that Crossover's wineservers are getting stuck on bottle initialization. Have you re-booted your computer since this first happened, and it continues? If you click off of Crossover and then go back to the menu items, does the "Carregando..." behavior eventually stop?

Also, do you have quite a few bottles in Crossover? Say, more than 10?

Thanks Jack,

I already rebooted my mac and still have the same issue

If I go to manage bottles, I can see all bottles with "Ready" status (Pronto).

On Crossover pro, I have 11 bottles, on crossover games no bottles. (same problem on both)

I created one bottle in crossover games, but also have the same problem.

Thank you

Odd. What version of Crossover are you running? Is this the newest version, CX 10.0.3? Or 10.0.0?

There was a non-English locale issue with the Programs menu in Crossover 10.0.0 that was fixed with the 10.0.1 release - perhaps you're running into that issue.

You can download 10.0.3 from your My Account>My Downloads section on our website. Installing 10.0.3 over top of your pre-existing copy should do the trick, if this is the case.

hello Jack,

Just to let you know that I made the update to version 10.0.3 and the issue is gone. :)

thank you!
