What are the (known) issues that causes Quicken 2011 to be rated silver rather than gold? I can't imagine using a financial program that might not operate as it should. I've installed Quicken on my Mac and everything seems to operate as it should. What am I missing?

With CrossOver 10 (we carry over most medals into the next release and determine later -in most cases- if we should up the rank):
Clicking "Bank of" when setting up a bank caused a crash (this is resolved with 11)
Some of the graphics are not well rendered (this should see improvement with 11 as well)
Registration of the software does not work properly (there is a supported workaround from Intuit)
Some banks do not sync transaction information automatically
