There's a way to 'nudge' a shape (move it by 1 pixel) in PowerPoint 2007 using CTRL + any arrow key.
I can't seem to do this using CrossOver since by default CTRL arrow key is bound to Spaces. For things like zooming with the mouse wheel (CTRL+mouse wheel), I found that CTRL+Option+mouse wheel will do the trick.
But for 'nudging', CTRL+Option+arrow keys don't work.
How do I nudge shapes?
In this case, OS X/spaces intercepts "ctrl" before Crossover can have it. The best way to work around it is to temporarily de-activate the necessary key commands in System Preferences>Keyboard. We can't tell Crossover to override the system settings.
Simply using the arrow keys with a highlighted object in PPT will move that object, but it's a bit more than the 1 pixel "nudge" that you need.
