I bought CO standard for Snow Leopard 10.6.8 in Nov. 2011. I am running Panzer General 2 for Win 95 on a MacBook. It was working fine until a few days ago. Now it is extremely slow to start and freezes at the options page. I have gone to the support page and despite having purchased and downloaded CO, I seem to have no account and no record of having bought the product.

So: should I uninstall and reinstall CO? I have tried this with PG2 but I can’t get past the uninstall page. And I am wondering why there seems to be no record with CO of my purchase.

Thanks for your help.

The account from which you are writing does not have license or purchase record on it - to get this sorted out, please write to info@codeweavers.com and include any information you've got that will help us track down your purchase. If you remember the specific date that helps a lot, otherwise any other email addresses you might have used to purchase from our web store might help us track your order down.

As for Panzer General - it's hard to say what might be going on, here. You report that the app was working fine for an indefinite period of time, and then became extremely slow and prone to freezing. What changes occurred between the last time it was working and now? Did you update your Mac OS X? Did you update or change Crossover, itself? I take it re-booting your machine has no stabilizing effect? Have you always been using CX Standard for PG2, or did you use CX Games at one point?

Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
