Yes , I know, my application is not on the compatibility list (RealityCharting), but the software is running.
But I cannot open a file. I can create a new one, but I cannot save it, auto save is running well, and I can get my just created file back.
Did I miss a set up ?, Should I save my file in a particular folder ?
Any help be welcome.

One guess is you're trying to open or save the file on a thumb drive or a network drive. Crossover really only works writing to the local Mac HD (HFS+) or Linux filesystems (ext3/4). Reading or writing to a FAT32 or NTFS filesystem causes problems.
Or the app could use some non-standard open/save system that doesn't work under Crossover yet.
