I've been following the threads on installing Quicken 2012 on OSX Lion. I came to the conclusion that I was possibly having problems due to missing libraries. The problems I have been having are the inability to register (did the Control-Command-One-Step-Update work-around), and unable to download transactions from my bank. When I run the cxdiag command, I receive the following information:
