I'm using version 10.2 to run Quicken 2012 on my Macbook Pro. I am still under the basic support contract that came with the software. I think that entitles me to upgrade to version XI. Is this true? If so, do I just download the "trial" version and then install it with my serial number? (Like I said -- dumb question). Do I need to reinstall Quicken?

Yes, you have access to the latest version of CrossOver (11.0.2). You can upgrade by either installing the trial version or by logging into your account on our site and downloading the latest version.
HOWEVER! Quicken 2012 has a known issue on Mac systems with CrossOver 11.x that we are working to resolve. We are currently testing the fix in-house to verify that it works before releasing 11.0.3. I would highly recommend waiting a few days before upgrading. The fix should be out in the next two days or early next week.
Have you installed Internet Explorer in your quicken bottle? The help seems to work fine for me.
