Every time i try to download a game the run command tab opens and then in the Use Bottle section it says RIFT and the only other option is RIFT-2. What does this mean and what do I do? Whenever a game downloads it never lets me play it. Please help

I think you'll do better filing a Support Ticket and including a few more details:
[i]What version of the Mac Operating System are you running?
How are you trying to launch the game?
How did you attempt to install the game?
What are the exact steps that lead you to the 'run command' dialog?[/i]
But since you are here already, let's see if we can get this solved.
Now, here's what I think may be happening...
You are attempting to install Rift and you are downloading the installer independently of CrossOver. You should not need to do this, CrossOver should be able to handle that for you. Assuming this is what you're doing, you now have two bottles that CrossOver prepared for Rift that may or may not actually have Rift installed in them.
