Every time i try to download a game the run command tab opens and then in the Use Bottle section it says RIFT and the only other option is RIFT-2. What does this mean and what do I do? Whenever a game downloads it never lets me play it. Please help

I think you'll do better filing a Support Ticket and including a few more details:

[i]What version of the Mac Operating System are you running?
How are you trying to launch the game?
How did you attempt to install the game?
What are the exact steps that lead you to the 'run command' dialog?[/i]

But since you are here already, let's see if we can get this solved.

Now, here's what I think may be happening...

You are attempting to install Rift and you are downloading the installer independently of CrossOver. You should not need to do this, CrossOver should be able to handle that for you. Assuming this is what you're doing, you now have two bottles that CrossOver prepared for Rift that may or may not actually have Rift installed in them.

1. Launch CrossOver so that it is in your dock. Verify that the title bar at the top of your screen says 'CrossOver' next to the Apple Icon.
2. From the title bar at the top of your screen choose the drop-down menu "Configure" and select "Manage Bottles". A window will open with the title "Manage Bottles" at the top.
3. Highlight your first "Rift" bottle and then click the "Applications" tab... is Rift listed in the "Installed Applications" list?
   Yes - leave the bottle there
   No - Check the other 'Rift' bottle
   If both bottles do not have Rift, I suggest deleting them both so you can start over
   If one bottle has Rift and the other does not, delete the bottle that does not have Rift
   If both bottles have Rift in them, delete one (Preferably "RIFT-2")
   How do I delete a bottle? Highlight the bottle and use the "-" button on the lower left corner of the "Manage Bottles" window
4. You can now close the "Manage Bottles" window

If you have Rift in one of your bottles, follow these instructions:

1. From the title bar at the top of the screen choose the "Programs" drop down menu
2. From here, highlight "RIFT" and then click on "Play RIFT"
3. Rift should launch and you should be off to the races

If you are starting over, follow these instructions:

1. Choose the "Configure" drop down menu
2. Select "Install Software"
3. Locate "RIFT" (by typing in the search field or scrolling down) and click it once to highlight it
4. When the "Install" button starts to glow, click it
5. CrossOver will now take you through the steps to install Rift
6. Once installed, follow the above instructions to launch Rift via CrossOver
