Both Neverwinter Nights Platinum and Icewind Dale II were working fine for me in CrossOver Games, but after upgrading to CrossOver XI and migrating the bottles, both games no longer work. Neverwinter results in a white screen with audio, and Icewind Dale II results in garbled graphics on the screen. Lord of the Rings Online is still working correctly. Has anyone else had issues like this after upgrading?
Not really a fix for neverwinter nights, and I'm using the gog diamond edition on lion so it may not work for you, but if you do the cmd + alt + shift + R thing, then select another window (nwn gets minimized), and then select the nwn icon again, it will go back to full screen with the menu. I think it will blank out again when you start the game and you have to do it all over again, so this is not a very practical way of playing since you have to repeat this whole routine every time the game loads something.
The weird thing about this "trick" is that if you do it during the movies, it will show the current frame when maximizing (but won't keep playing the movie), so it looks like it can play the movie, something is just preventing the display.
I haven't tested IWD 2, but I started BG1tutu, with no issues (haven't played much yet, though. just wanted to make sure it still worked as I'm in the middle of a game).

For NWN, setting the "DirectDrawRenderer" Direct3D key (you'll probably have to create it) to "gdi" may work as a workaround.
Same here. I'm running the GOG version of Jagged Alliance 2 and it's loading with garbled graphics. The graphics look fine if I Cmd+Alt+R and exit from full screen mode. If I go back to full screen mode they are garbled again.
The same thing happens with the GOG version of Heroes of Might and Magic 3. These both worked fine in the previous version of Crossover.
I was able to get Neverwinter Nights working correctly again by reinstalling it (the GoG installer) into a new XP bottle. I did have to do the usual step of editing nwn.ini and disabling movies by adding the following lines:
Disable Movies=1
Disable Intro Movies=1
I tried reinstalling Icewind Dale II into a new XP bottle but that did not help. As reported above with Jagged Alliance, graphics are fine when in windowed mode, but in fullscreen mode they are garbled. The game worked fine in fullscreen in CrossOver Games 10.2, so it appears XI broke it.
Only tried a few games so far; racing sims rFactor and GT Legends work ok it seems, as does Rainbow 6 Vegas, but Condor (glider flight simulator), which did work in CGames 10.1, now starts with a garbled screen in CrossOver XI. Does seem to run, but gfx are botched.
(Edit: Oops, tried another demo of an old game that's supposed to run on Wine ok (Big Scale Racing) and it happened again. Starts with garbled screen. Codeweavers may have to start a bug hunt here...)
Most of my games seem to continue to work with CrossOver XI. However, I have to run Panzer General II and Candy Cruncher (Pyrogon casual game) from CrossOver Games 10.3. I am running the Mac version of CrossOver XI.
The graphics in PG II flicker badly and you see a single scan line that moves across the screen during the startup sequence. The menu screen is black until you "paint" it with your mouse. However, the flicker is so bad that you would not want to try to play the game that way. I have the GOG version so copy protection is not a factor.
I only mention Candy Cruncher because it is such a simple game (no special system requirements) that I thought it might be a symptom of a problem that affects more programs. In Candy Cruncher, I only get a black screen. If I minimize the window and bring it back, I can see the screen. However, the mouse will not respond in the window.
I am sure there is a PG II demo somewhere, but I am not sure where it might be found. If I can do any debugging, I would be happy to help.
Considering the vast changes between Wine 1.2 and Wine 1.4, I am not surprised by the fact that there are some regressions. Considering that CrossOver Games 10.3 still exists, I can afford to be patient. With each release, CrossOver seems to require fewer tricks to make programs work.

Addendum: Hitting Alt-Command-R (Restore Display) may help in some cases. Worked ok for Condor, even if the Dock was showing, it did restore the display after the initial garbled screen.

I just wanted to mention that I did get PG II to work after using the Restore Display command mentioned by Ruud. Unfortunately, CrossOver XI now only plays PG II in a 640x480 window. In CrossOver 10.3, it was still limited to 640x480 but it played fullscreen. That made it easier to read the map. However, I have found that if I reduce the screen resolution on my iMac, playing PG II in a window is possible.
