Problems with Sound?

I successfully installed a program, but on the start up screen I heard a slight warbling in the intro music. Then when it went to the main menu the music began freaking out and blared static-like sounds in short intervals.

Is there any solution to fixing this?

I have a Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard and running the program on a Windows 98 bottle.
