I recently got a corruption error while using Cross Over/Mac and I tried to reinstall Quicken but it failed. I originally installed Codeweaver and Quicken 2012 on Mac OSX 10.7. I'm now on 10.8.
So I did the following:
I removed the existing version of Quicken 2012
I then tried to reinstall the new package and got the following error: Setup_1.cab. This file is not a cabinet file.
Then it shows me this error: In order to install APPLICATION_NAME you must first install these components: qwp_installer.msi
Any help would be appreciated. I'm stuck and can no longer use Quicken 2012 for Windows which is why I bought Cross Over in the first place.
There are a couple of Quicken Bugs with CrossOver 12 that we're working on. I'd ask that you submit a support ticket to our support ninjas. In the meantime, you might also want to temporarily revert to Version 11 until we get these issues with Quicken figured out. Sorry for the problems; thank you for your patience.
