I have Crossover 11.2.1 on my Mac, and now see that there's a new update available 11.2.2.. And it seems I have to rebuy the full $60 package just to get this point release?
The only option on the upgrade window is to "Buy a Support Extension", and when I login to the website and try to "upgrade support" it won't let me, saying i have no eligible SKU's. is this normal, to completely re-buy it on every Point Release?
No you don't. You buy a subscription and when it runs out you renew.
At the top right of every screen on this website, you can see your name when you are logged in. In the popup menu that displays when you mouse over it, check the item called "My Orders". That will give you all the information about your subscription you need like what status it is in, how long it is still valid (if at all), etc.
the license is more of a subscription, in 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month increments (depending on which one you bought). As long as your license is current, any new update (point release or major release) is yours. If your license has expired, no new updates can be registered from your account.
returning customers never have to pay full price. If you're within 30 days of your account expiration, there will be a discount on a 1-year extension available inside "My Orders"
If the "Renew now!" link doesn't appear (i.e. you missed the 30 day window for the extension deal), write to sales@codeweavers.com request a returning customer discount and they will be happy to oblige, no matter how long ago your license expired.
