When i start run CrossOver why can i press Run Installed Software (nr 2) and only Install Windows Software?
Assuming you mean "why can't i press Run Installed Software" -
this is probably because you haven't yet installed any windows programs in Crossover. If you have successfully installed windows programs in Crossover but nr 2 is still greyed out, you might need to manually create a launcher icon for the program you installed:
