CrossOver Support - Community Forums

I have a program which requires certain fonts. I have all of the TTF font files available, but just placing them in the /Windows/Font folder doesn't seem to be enough. I have tried
wine '--bottle' 'Internet Explorer 7' '--untrusted' '--wait-children' '--' /Applications/CrossOver.app/Contents/SharedSupport/CrossOver/lib/wine/fakedlls/cxinstallfonts.exe FONTNAME
but that didn't work either. It did not give any errors.

The current results are that the program runs with font substitution.

I have tried reading the FAQ, which shows an Install Font button, but it seems to be written for a different version of Crossover and I cannot find it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

It should be enough to install the font in the Mac itself, then CrossOver will use them. Have you tried this?

Try to install the fonts in the bottle.

Crossover>>Configure>>Manager Bottle.

Select the Bottle

Look for an Aplication

After, select 'Install Software'.

So, select the fonts...

Try this!
