Cannot run programs

Hey guys,
I'm pretty sure it's a stupid thing, but I'm running Crossover in Trial Mode to see if i could easily manage access database.
I installed Access from Office Professional 2010 without problems (no errors, looks that there's nothing wrong), but after the message of successfully installation in the main window of Crossover the option to "Run Installed Software" is still grey and not active.
What could be the problem?

Thanks in advance

Running Access 2010 is, generally speaking, a pretty difficult endeavour in Crossover, and it'll never be 100% functional. For this reason, Access 2010 is not technically supported (nor is 2007). The best place for information about setting up a (mostly) working install of Access 2010 is here:

http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=6138;tips=1

The wineHQ pages for Access 2010 (and Office 2010) are also helpful:

http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=25162

http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=17336

As for the "run installed software" menu being greyed out - this means that the application launcher wasn't successfully created during the install. You can just manually create an application launcher for Access' launcher .EXE file by following the instructions, here:

http://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/mac/mactutorial/create_launcher

Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
