Caution to CrossOver Mac users - avoid Mac OS upgrades 10.8.2 and 10.7.5

Hi Folks,

Yesterday, Apple released a minor update to the Mac OS X operating
system; versions 10.8.2 and 10.7.5.

This release prevents CrossOver from operating any application that uses
3D functions. In short, it breaks CrossOver.

We are working with Apple on this issue and we hope to resolve it rapidly.

However, if your Mac asks you to upgrade the operating system, we urge
you to say no until we can resolve this issue.

Our apologies. Check back here for updates.

We have released CrossOver 11.2.2 for the Mac. This should fix the problems people were seeing on Mac OS X 10.7.5 and 10.8.2 when they were first released on September 19, 2012.

For many users, CrossOver's auto-update feature will update to this version automatically. CrossOver 11.2.2 is also, as always, available for download from http://www.codeweavers.com .

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

Josh DuBois
