I am using Crossover for mac to run Text To speech application under wine, the application is using SpeechSDK to run and basically everything is working but when Crossover update comes it always stops working, I need to do a lot of trial and error, un install and reinstall SpeechSDK, change bottle from Windows 7 to WIndows 2000 etc etc, everytime I make an update I am affraid since I am using this app everyday for my work.
I also using wine on linux where I can simply make 32 bit wine prefix then run winetricks.sh speechsdk and everything works even after wine update, so my question is:
Can anyone recommend any good procedure to install SpeechSDK properly?
Is there a way to use winetricks.sh to do all of its stuff on crossover bottle under mac? I saw here the post how to do this but for linux version of crossover.
even when I archive the bottle I cannot properly restore it without additional reinstalling things.
