I played Genshin Impact 4.2 with crossover and everything was fine. But once the game is updated to 4.3, the error message "The program yuanshen.exe has encountered a serious issues and needs to close" pops up and the game is closed and the launcher is reloaded. I created a launcher command and created log file, but I can't seem to find the problem.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? Could the support team help us with it?
Here is part of the log file:

According to a comment I read on a discord forum, the problem is "caused by a bug in Rosetta 2 and can only be fixed by Apple".
I do not have permission to reprint the entire comment, so I cannot provide details, but the person said "some instructions emulated on ARM differ from those on Intel CPUs".
I am not a programmer, so I cannot determine if this is correct.
This bug in Rosetta 2 appears to be fixed in Sonoma 14.4.
