Hardware M1 Pro 16gb
Mac Os 14.2
Crossover 23.71

Error:

I'm the same here, trying to run this game and failing for the same reasons. I'm on M3 Max

Same here, no Joy running the game. it appears to have issues with:
Resource Binding Tier 2
and 1.75GB Non-Local memory budget

Switching to D3DMetal then has issues with
Shader Model 6.0
and 1.75GB Non-Local memory budget

Not sure how easy these are to fix.

as an FYI, I tried on a VM with WoA as well and no joy.
