Steam and Counter-strike 1.6 installed fine. But when I play on a server I get very high latency anywhere from 600ms to 1000ms on a servers that are listed with low latency (30ms-50ms) on the server tab. (It's not my conection Counter-Strike works fine on my Windows machine.)
Its worse for me.I cant even start a local server on my system.When the server details appears before the character selection,the system hangs
Crossover shouldn't be causing any latency issues like that. have you manually checked to make sure the appropriate ports for CS 1.6 are open on your router?
