I did open a ticket with support so we'll see what they say. In the meantime, I know some folks have tips and tricks that sometimes can help get a game running so happy to try anything.
Even though Grid Legends is on the Mac App store, I decided to buy it on Steam (where they don't offer the native Mac version yet) because it's cheaper, because I can run it on my Steam Deck and because hopefully, the Steam license will eventually offer the Mac version (and not be exclusive to the Mac App Store).
I have a MacBook Pro 14" M1 running Crossover 23.7.1 on Sonoma 14.2.1
It's a fresh install of Crossover with a fresh Steam bottle.
After installing the game, I click play and get a popup error message. Happens on D3DMetal and DXVK.
Program Error. The program GridLegends.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvienience.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
