Elden Ring crashes with white screen on start

Picked up Crossover specifically for Elden Ring, since the compatibility listed on the website was 5 stars. I downloaded the latest version of crossover and did a search for Elden Ring. Did the install through crossover, setup Steam and it auto downloaded Elden Ring once that install was done.

Everytime I start Elden Ring it crashes with a white screen right after launch with the Wine Debugger window. The message it gives is "Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x0000000000000000 in 64-bit code (0x00000141e5a84b)." with a bunch of other stuff after it.

I did some searching, but not seeing anything specific to this issue. I watched a YouTube video that said after installing Elden Ring you needed to reboot the entire system, which I tried, it did not make a difference. I have tried disabling the easy anti-cheat, that did not seem to make a difference either.

Its possible I have done something incorrect in the setup, I am new to trying to use this software, any assistance would be appriciated.

MacOS version is Sonoma 14.3. Crossover version is 23.7.1. If it matters the Mac is a MacBook Pro with an M3 Max.

Does your bottle have D3DMetal and MSync enabled? If not, try that.
