While beta testing Crossover 24.0.0 I found out that Dishonored on EGS has good performance while the Steam version hasn't. After furthur research it appears according to PCgamingwiki and user posts that the one on EGS is 64-bit but Steam has only the 32-bit version despite being included in the Definitive Edition and recommended sepcs saying "Enhanced for 64-bit OS".
I took a look at the game file from Steam and Epic and can now confirm that the Steam version is in Binaries/Win32 and the Epic version is in Binaries/Win64. I can run the Epic version in a Win 10 bottle with D3DMetal/DXVK and Wine. Put too much time first to make the Steam version run better without knowing that was the cause. 😊
