I don't see a way to install .Net 5.0 on CrossOver (I'm using 20.0.4).

No, we currently don't have a crosstie for .NET 5.0. Is there an application you want to run that requires 5.0?

I haven't tested, but I'd expect the installer to work fine without any special setup.
