Does this upgrade create a new installation of Crossover alongside the current one, or does it replace the current one?
Can I re-use my current bottles or do I need to reinstall those apps?
(Sorry if this is a repeat question - my searches did not show an answer.)
Thanks a bunch,
Ed
On Linux, a new CrossOver install will replace your old install, as long as you are using the same installer type (.bin, .deb, etc). It is very highly advised to use the same installer type and replace the old version :)
The current bottles will not be touched during the upgrade, so you can keep them - no need to reinstall :)
Thanks,
Anna
