Bottles keep expiring

I have downloaded, installed and registered version 12, yet every 30
days I am told that the "trial version" has expired. I have uninstalled and re installed Crossover 2 times now. Please advise???

Just for clarification it's the bottles that keep expiring. I tried deleting the Crossover licence file and re-registering. I tried deleting the bottles and re installing the software and then 30 days later the bottles expire.
Very frustrating.

This is a bug for which we expect to have a fix in an upcoming version next week.

In the meantime, I believe that if you delete two license files from the Preferences folder in your home directory:

~/Library/Preferences/com.codeweavers.CrossOver.license
~/Library/Preferences/com.codeweavers.CrossOver.sig

things will begin working again (without any need to reinstall either CrossOver or your bottles / applications).

Regards,

Josh.

Hi:

That seems to work.
It's been driving me crazy for 2 months now!

Thanks very much!!

I still have a problem. If I open an application 1st without staring Crosover I get this error message:

" Crossover cannot open because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure Crossover works with ths version os OSX. You may need to reinstall the application"

This si new. I use dto be able to run the PP without opening Crossover 1st. Any further suggestions.
I am running OS 10.68

Thanks

If you launch CrossOver, navigate to CrossOver's 'Conigure' menu, and select 'Clear and Rebuild Programs Menu', then quit CrossOver and launch one of your apps, does that work?

No. Same problem. Apps wont launch until crossover is started. Same error message as above. Thanks.
