Whenever I run Quicken 2013 (working flawlessly) I get two Quicken icons in dock. I am not sure how to fix it. when I quit, they both disappear from dock.

That sounds like the behavior you might see if you've got the "experimental Mac driver" enabled for your Quicken bottle in Crossover 12. Is this the case?
