I cannot launch Crossover 10.2. and CrossOver Games 10.3. on my Mac with OS 10.8.2. After click on the Crossover icon, the app is started and immediately closed without any error message.
I tried reinstallation but with the same result.
Please, do you know about any incompatibility between the CrossOver and Mac version please?

You'll need at least Crossover 11.2.0 for OS X 10.8. I'm afraid your older 10.x series versions of Crossover will not work on Mountain Lion:
